هذه السياسة تخص تطبيق وريد (Wareed) على أندرويد (com.wareed.social) وموقع wareed.si. نشرح فيها بوضوح ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركه، وكيف تتحكم فيه أو تحذفه.
This policy covers the Wareed Android app (com.wareed.social) and the wareed.si website. It explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can control or delete it.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
1. Data we collect
بيانات الحساب: الاسم، اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني و/أو رقم الهاتف، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، كلمة المرور (مخزّنة مشفّرة لدى مزوّد المصادقة ولا نطّلع عليها)، وصورة الحساب والنبذة إن أضفتها.
المحتوى الذي تنشئه: المنشورات والقصص والفيديوهات والتعليقات والرسائل والمكالمات الصوتية/المرئية والتسجيلات الصوتية والصور والمرفقات التي ترسلها أو تنشرها.
جهات الاتصال (اختياري): إذا سمحت بإذن جهات الاتصال نستخدم بصمات مجزّأة (hash) لأرقام جهاتك لاقتراح أصدقاء، ولا نعرض دفتر هاتفك لأحد.
الموقع التقريبي (تلقائي): نستنتج دولتك ومنطقتك ومدينتك بشكل تقريبي من عنوان IP وإعدادات منطقة جهازك عند تسجيل الدخول، ولا نخزّن إحداثيات دقيقة من هذا المصدر. نستخدمه لعرض محتوى وإعلانات مناسبة لمنطقتك ولأمان الحساب.
الموقع (اختياري): موقع تقريبي أو دقيق عند منحك الإذن، لعرض الأشخاص والمحتوى القريب ومواقيت الصلاة والخريطة. يمكنك رفض الإذن وسيبقى التطبيق يعمل.
الكاميرا والميكروفون والوسائط: تُستخدم فقط عند التصوير أو التسجيل أو المكالمات أو اختيار صور وفيديوهات للنشر.
بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: طراز الجهاز ونسخة النظام والتطبيق واللغة وعنوان IP وسجل الجلسات وأوقات النشاط وتفاعلاتك (إعجاب، مشاهدة، بحث) لتحسين الخلاصة وحماية الحساب وكشف التسجيل المشبوه.
إعلانات وريد: يمكن للمعلنين استهداف جمهور بحسب الدولة/المدينة التقريبية والفئة العمرية والنوع والاهتمامات؛ تتم المطابقة داخل خوادمنا ولا نشارك هويتك أو بياناتك الشخصية أو موقعك مع المعلنين، ويرون إحصاءات مجمّعة فقط. لا تُعرض الإعلانات المخصّصة للقاصرين (أقل من 18 سنة). يمكنك إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات من الإعدادات، وإخفاء أي إعلان أو الإبلاغ عنه.
معرّف الإعلانات وبيانات الإعلانات: يعرض التطبيق إعلانات Google AdMob، وقد تستخدم Google معرّف الإعلانات وبيانات الجهاز لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها.
Account data: name, username, email and/or phone number, date of birth, gender, password (stored hashed by our auth provider; we cannot read it), and profile photo/bio if you add them.
Content you create: posts, stories, videos, comments, messages, voice/video calls, voice recordings, photos and attachments you send or publish.
Contacts (optional): if you grant the contacts permission, we use hashed fingerprints of your contacts to suggest friends; your address book is never shown to anyone.
Approximate location (automatic): we infer your country, region and city approximately from your IP address and your device's region setting when you sign in. We do not store precise coordinates from this source. It is used to show content and ads relevant to your area and to protect your account.
Location (optional): approximate or precise location when you grant permission, to show nearby people/content, prayer times and maps. You can deny it and the app keeps working.
Camera, microphone and media: used only when you take photos/video, record audio, make calls, or pick media to share.
Device and usage data: device model, OS and app version, language, IP address, session history, activity times and your interactions (likes, views, searches) to improve your feed, secure your account and detect suspicious sign-ups.
Crash and performance logs: crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) to fix bugs.
Wareed ads: advertisers can target an audience by approximate country/city, age range, gender and interests. Matching happens on our servers; we do not share your identity, personal data or location with advertisers, who only see aggregated statistics. Personalized ads are not shown to minors (under 18). You can turn off ad personalization in Settings and hide or report any ad.
Advertising ID and ad data: the app shows Google AdMob ads; Google may use the advertising ID and device data to serve and measure ads.

Content you post is visible to others according to your privacy settings. We may disclose data where legally required or to protect users' safety.
4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. عند حذف حسابك نحذف بياناتك الشخصية ومحتواك من أنظمتنا النشطة، وقد تبقى نسخ احتياطية محدودة لفترة قصيرة قبل أن تُمسح تلقائيًا، وسجلات أمنية ضرورية لمنع الاحتيال لمدة محدودة.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data and content from our active systems; limited backups may persist briefly before being purged automatically, and security logs needed to prevent fraud may be kept for a limited time.
لحذف حسابك: الإعدادات ← منطقة الخطر ← حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق، أو راجع صفحة حذف الحساب.
To delete your account: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account in the app, or see the account deletion page.
5. أمان البيانات

ننقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)، ونطبّق صلاحيات وصول على مستوى الصفوف في قاعدة البيانات، ونوفر مصادقة ثنائية وتنبيهات تسجيل الدخول وإدارة الأجهزة. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة 100%، لكننا نعمل باستمرار على حماية بياناتك.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), protected by row-level access rules in our database, and we offer two-factor authentication, login alerts and device management. No method is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

الوصول إلى بياناتك وتحديثها من الإعدادات، وتنزيل نسخة منها.
التحكم في خصوصية المنشورات والملف الشخصي والظهور "نشط الآن".
سحب أي إذن (الموقع، جهات الاتصال، الكاميرا...) من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.
طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
إيقاف تخصيص إعلانات وريد من الإعدادات، وتخصيص إعلانات Google أو إيقافها من إعدادات Google على جهازك.
Access and update your data in Settings, and download a copy.
Control post/profile privacy and "active now" visibility.
Withdraw any permission (location, contacts, camera…) in device settings at any time.
Request deletion of your account and data.
Turn off Wareed ad personalization in Settings, and manage Google ad personalization in your device's Google settings.
7. الأطفال

وريد غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عامًا (أو الحد الأدنى القانوني في بلدك). لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن علم، وإذا علمنا بحساب لطفل دون هذا السن فسنحذفه. إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك سجّل لدينا فراسلنا.
Wareed is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect children's data and will delete such accounts when found. If you are a parent who believes your child registered, contact us.

قد تُعالج بياناتك على خوادم خارج بلدك لدى مزوّدينا المذكورين أعلاه، مع تطبيق ضمانات مناسبة.
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country by the providers listed above, with appropriate safeguards.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ "آخر تحديث" ونُخطرك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري.
We may update this policy; we will change the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app of material changes.
